Currently, I am a Salesforce Delivery Lead at Accenture for clients in the Life Sciences industry, overseeing project and managed services support across many integrated products such as Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.  

Previously, I was a Product Owner within the Salesforce shop at enGen, the healthtech subsidiary of Highmark Health. In this role, I lead an international team whose skillsets span across Salesforce, Mulesoft, and Java technologies.
